The Tour Cost Includes:

• Transportation: Airport Transfers and Sightseeing as per the above-itinerary by 01 AC Vehicle Like Eartiga/Swift Desire / Scorpio / Xylo or Tavera/ Sumo Gold at Port Blair & 01 AC vehicle at Havelock and Neil Island like Sumo / Maruti Vans etc and not at disposal.

• Daily Breakfast + Dinner Only (MAP Plan).

• Accommodations On Double/Triple Sharing Room(Base Category Rooms at all places).

• All kind of transport and luxury Taxes.

• Assistance at all arrival and departure points.

• To and from tickets to Havelock & Neil Island by A/C PVT. CRUISE (Base category Seats).

• Entry permits/Entry tickets/Boat tickets/Ferry tickets wherever required.

• Parking Charges.

The Tour Cost does not include:

• Government Service Tax as applicable (as on date 01/07/2018 it is 5 %).

• Cost for supplementary service, optional Tours, Up-gradation Charges, Guide.

• Cost for Airfare, Train fare, Insurance Premiums, Rafting Charges.

• Cost for service provided on a personal request.

• Cost for personal expenses such as laundry, bottled water, soft drinks, incidentals, porter charges, tips etc.

•Activity charges, Scuba, Jet Ski, Snorkeling etc, until and unless mentioned in the inclusions.

• Cost for any other service not mentioned under the "Cost Includes" head.

• Difference in cost arising due to change in Taxes by the Government which will have to be collected directly ON ARRIVAL.

• Difference in cost arising due to extra usage of vehicle, other than scheduled & mentioned in the itinerary.

• Difference in cost arising due to mishaps, political unrest, natural calamities like - landslides, road blockage,etc. or being held up in any of the Islands due to bad weather like Cyclones Etc. In such case extra will have to be paid on the spot by the guest directly.

• Camera Fee ( Still or Movie).

BOOKINGS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Blocking will be held provisionally up to a specified cut-off date after which they will be released automatically.

• Bookings will be confirmed only after 50% payment in advance.

• Remaining payment are to be realized one day prior to before the date of check Out or Departure.

• Any hike/s in Govt. taxes the same would be charged accordingly over and above the package rates.

• Any bank charged for international bank account will be borne by the customer.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• If canceled from 00 to 15 days before the check-in date 100% booking amount will be charged for Premium and Deluxe hotels & 50% charged for Budget and Standard hotels.

• If canceled from 16 to 30 days before the check-in date 50% booking amount will be charged for Premium and Deluxe hotels & 10% charged for Budget and Standard hotels.

• If canceled from 31 and above days before the check-in date only bank charges amount will be charged.

• No refunds for unused nights or early check-outs.
